Lagniappe Menu Home Francais

It's true. We're resurrecting Lagniappe on the Bayou. It wasn't so long ago that you were enjoying Pop Rouge ice cream and relaxing in the Red Dog Saloon. You may remember losing a year's worth of wages at the Las Vegas stand. Or maybe your mouth craves some fair-burgers with a side of boudin and fresh shucked oysters. Well after 14 years and more hurricanes than we want to remember, Lagniappe will once again grace Bayou Petit Caillou. And we need you to help. If there's anything that the last few years have taught us, it's that Chauvin isn't afraid to come together as a community, whether it be in repairing a flooded home or around a dinner table piled high with shrimp on a newspaper tablecloth. Once again, we'll put on a festival that will show everyone what we can do--food, music, art, crafts, whatever. Once again, we'll give everyone a little something extra.
